The Art of Relaxation
Relaxation is a practice that brings the body into a state of deep rest, usually resulting in slower breathing, slower heart rate, and lower blood pressure. It combines a variety of techniques, including breathing, body awareness, and visualization.
Many studies have shown how relaxation can improve a variety of conditions including pain, anxiety, depression, headaches, stress, and other ailments that reduce our quality of life.
Healing Breath relaxation sessions will leave you feeling positive, optimistic and empowered.
