Long before I graduated from Franklin Pierce University as a physician assistant, I witnessed how the combination of Biodynamic mind and bodywork, relaxation, and meditation can create the perfect environment for a healthier, more balanced life.
Through my practices, my awareness has expanded and I have been able to connect deeply with my body, mind and soul.
In 2008 I had the honor to be invited to one of Dr. James Jealous' seminars on Biodynamic Osteopathy. I fell in love with this beautiful philosophy and, I knew, I had to do whatever I could to learn and practice his teachings. With his blessing, I was able to enroll in the study of his biodynamic phases.
Under the mentoring of incredibly generous osteopathic doctors, Craig Goldberg, DO, Steven Kisiel, DO and James Jealous, DO I have been studying and practicing The Biodynamic technique for the past 8 years.
During this fascinating journey, I have experienced how the body's healing mechanism is not limited to its physical expression. Breathing, relaxation, motivation, meditation, positive visualization, and other practices can enhance the healing process. Through relaxation practices we can overcome stress and aid healing.
My continuous desire to learn also brought me to receive incredible mentoring from Dr. Joseph McClendon III in the practice of Neuroencoding. By transforming how we think about ourselves, others and the world around us we can achieve high levels of satisfaction and success in our lives.
It is through Healing Breath that I have found a way to share my experience with others. It is my wish that you will allow me to share it with you too.
